Letting go of my plan B safety net

For the past ten years since my husband died, I’ve been hanging on to this dream, Plan B … If for any reason I had enough of what life had to throw at me I would run away to my little condo, my sanctuary, my refuge at Toby Creek, on the Panorama ski hill…..

I figured out yesterday, it doesn’t matter how beautiful a place is, you don’t buy a place to die in….. maybe one to die for, but not a final place to run away….

So for now, I am eliminating Plan B’s…. There is only room for a Plan A in my life …. with contingencies, but definitely no plan B …

Hopefully out there someone has a PLAN A for a fun filled life of skiing and playing on the mountain and listening to the creek in the summer … here it is … enjoy
